Modeling the existing conditions is important | Chief Architect I have found that it is extremely important to model the existing conditions correctly. If you don't have accurate information in the computer, you will be sharing an unqualified design with your clients and that can make some very unhappy clients.

This #TechTipTuesday video is a longer one as I work thru modeling the first floor kitchen/dining/living/bath space with you. I don't complete the whole model in 20 minutes, but the floor plan for for this project is almost done.
