Hey yall. No grocery haul for us this week but my aunt is giving Keto a try for a week. I helped her do some grocery shopping at walmart. We also planned a few meals for her. I am prayerful that she will do well on the plan. We had a great time shopping at walmart. We did lose a few groceries BUT finally found them.
