Analysis. This is a 2 camera capture. (IR)
I'm looking for energy diffusion as this anomaly enters the airspace from above cloud ceiling . Diffusion from the object indicates it altitude based on the cloud ceiling.
Based on what I am seeing, the anomaly appears to have "thrusters".

4-21-2019 UFO Tic Tack Tracker Analysis 2000 mm. OTA #1 (2000 mm) is fitted with a Nikon D5 (Normal). It is matching OTA #2 (Hyperstar Infrared) ISO settings. ISO 204800. Each camera in the aligned OTA array has matching settings, both Infrared and Normal Vision perspectives are evaluated the same way. This normal vision perspective shows a tic tack shaped tubular anomaly flying in a forwards trajectory, "Spinning". This 2000 mm perspective looks closely at the anomaly based on its luminescent values. My assumptions based on human vision under nocturnal conditions (ISO 800), is that this anomaly in the range of ISO 204800 is invisible to human vision. Human vision @ night operates at approximately ISO 800. An object @ ISO 204800 requires light gathering capabilities, the human eye does not have (organically).

A recurring event within my FPoA (Fixed Pool of Analysis), however; there are times, as such, when this anomaly flies by at a much lower altitude. (Its within the cloud layer which is misty). This study looks at the energy dissipation emitted by this anomaly as it passes through the cloud layer (Diffusion).
