"ELEVATING ESTILL" LITTER CLEAN UP

Estill High School JROTC Students and Special Needs students picked up litter in their community. SCDNR'S UP2U Program was there to provide the support to accomplish the task. They collected 900+ pounds on just a quarter mile road! Way to go!
