Iconic Projects Which Will Change Luxury Living In India

Iconic Projects Which Will Change Luxury Living In India RoyInternational is a channel focused on development going on in Kolkata (and abroad), where development is not properly portrayed in the media. I urge you not to talk about politics, even though Indian politics is more entertaining than Netflix. Let’s be honest, the real dreamers are architects, engineers, scientists, doctors, and private entrepreneurs. You are a dreamer, not the politician.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are you a Bengali by birth?
A: Yes, I am a Bengali by blood and by birth.

Q: Do you know any fun facts of Kolkata or West Bengal?
A: Apparently, Singapore used to be part of the Bengal Presidency.

Q: What is your favorite building in Kolkata?
A: I have two. My second favorite is Forum Atmosphere, while my first favorite is Raj Bhavan.

Q: Why do you make videos on only Kolkata?
A: I made a few videos on Mumbai, and even one for Pune and Amaravati, but I stick to Kolkata because my subscribers are already familiar with me making videos on Kolkata. Also, I know Kolkata like the back of my hand. It is easy for me to show you what projects are being planned for Kolkata.

Q: When is this project going to be complete?
A: Good question. I wish I knew. Some projects have definitive completion dates, but in Kolkata, most projects are bound to be delayed (mostly due to politics).

Q: When is Kolkata going to get a 100-storied building?
A: Engineers will need to proceed first with a piling process. For Kolkata’s soil, piling will need to be at least 30-stories deep. Not only will this take years, but it will be quite expensive as well.

Q: What do you think will make Kolkata look great?
A: Once our heritage is preserved, pollution is controlled, and cleanliness is maintained, then Kolkata will become more beautiful than it already is. We don’t need 100-storied skyscrapers. We have so many unique architectures which we can preserve. Preservation is quite cheaper than building new, and it will bring in lots of tourism. And you know, tourism can be quite lucrative for a city such as Kolkata. Also, we need tech hubs. We need to turn Newtown into a technological metropolis with YOTTTABYTES of potential.
