Step 1 - Open your Jio Chat App
Step 2 - Tap on Channels Icon
Step 3 - Select a Channel of your choice and tap on Follow
Another way to follow channel is by scanning QR Code and tapping on follow button.
Once you tap on ‘View Channel’, you will get updates from the channel and you can tap on the menu buttons to interact with the channel.
You can also have a text conversation with the channel.
Unfollow a channel: Tap on the Menu icon and select ‘Unfollow’.
