ICA will be transforming and continue to transform the way we deliver our services. In 2018, we launched MyICA, an integrated self-service e-portal with all 15 ICA's e-Services available through a single sign-on and payment cart.
ICA is on track to achieving 100% online submission of application for ICA services by 2020.
Within the next four years, ICA will have a new Integrated Services Centre to complement its revamped e-Services by providing a convenient, one-stop service for members of the public who prefer to or need to transact at ICA.
