There are no rules. Food rules you have known / have got accustomed to follow don't exist. You made them up. There should never be rules.
Do what you know you have to do. Do what scares you. Change, stop the habits, commit to weight gain and unrestricted eating. Commit to recovery. Promise yourself that you will never give up. The bad days come and go, but to live your best life.. that can only happen with challenging, changing and re-wiring.
No matter what, do not stop.
