a call to BGS Homes requesting for a steady temperature

This building operator denied me of a steady temperature, which made me very sick with cough for more than a year. I reported the illegal entry their superintendent has performed in my unit last March 2018, and they still supported the criminal superintendent, and paid no attention to the extreme temperatures their superintendent is providing in my apartment unit in order to destroy my life while being sick with cough. This phone call was made May 29, 2019. . . . Until now, June 2019, the temperatures in my unit are still not steady, making me continuously sick with cough.
