ASMR Cheesy Steak NACHOS (Korean-style) + MOZZARELLA Cheese *No Talking* 먹방 suellASMR HI SUELLIES! In today's video, I made some homemade nachos with a Korean twist!! First, I marinaded some sliced sirloin steak in a special sweet soy sauce to make bulgogi (my favorite Korean flavor with fluffy steamed rice). This steak marinaded in galricky, sweet, salty soy flavors is truly addicting. You will continue to order it time and time again at Korean restaurants once you try it. I have included the recipe down below for your convenience (original source: Then, I made it extra special by drizzling diluted Korean red pepper paste over my standard nachos. My standard nachos get baked in the oven at 350 degree with toppings of Mexican grated cheese, green onions, cilantro, and corn.

I figured since we were eating corn today, I would make another classic Korean combination: corn and mozzarella cheese. To make the cheese sauce, I sliced up fresh mozzarella cheese, a touch of flour and a little bit of water. Zapped it in the microwave until it was pourable and drizzled away. Ingredients

1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
5 tablespoons soy sauce
2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Place the beef in a shallow dish. Combine soy sauce, sugar, green onion, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and ground black pepper in a small bowl. Pour over beef. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
Quickly grill beef on hot grill until slightly charred and cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes per side.
