El Cajon: Flood Extensively Damages Residence 06122019

Heartland FD arrived at the scene of extensive flooding under a residence with water also flooding the inside of the residence.
It appears that the water pipes burst underneath the 3 apartment structure.
The owner told the Fire Dept. that he believes the water has been flowing for over 24 hours. The City Building Inspector has been called to see if the building is still habitable and water is still flowing out to the street from the foundation of the structure. The structure looks to be under renovation at this time.
