New GameFreak Interview CONFIRMS 1000+ Total Pokemon by Sword and Shield

Pokemon Sword and Shield are set to pass 1000 total Pokemon according to director Masuda!

► In a new interview with Famitsu, Masuda confirms that Pokemon Sword and Shield will bring the total number of Pokemon (including alternate forms) to over 1000! Masuda also comments on the Pokemon Home/Pokemon Sword and Shield national dex controversy, stating that they (gamefreak) are undecided on updating the game to include ALL Pokemon.
