$30 Million Floating Hotel | Life For Sale

Real estate investor Ben Mallah and his son Ben Jr. take a tour of a 70,000 SQ FT floating hotel with 38 rooms. Fisherman's Paradise is a 374 FT transatlantic barge that is 100% self-sustainable, and has the ability to land up to 11,000 LB helicopters (ex: Sikorsky S76). It also has a swing arm crane capable of lifting loads up to 7 tons onto the deck as well as gantry cranes that can lift boats up to 32-ft for storage on the deck. The floating hotel took 4 years to build and upwards of $30 million dollars.
