Keeping Mateo Kovacic the right move by Chelsea? Arsenal adding Wilfried Zaha? | Transfer Talk

ESPN FC's Steve Nicol, Shaka Hislop and Ian Darke debate Chelsea's decision to pay over £40 million to buy Mateo Kovacic from Real Madrid after having him on loan last season. Nicol and Hislop are unsure the midfielder is worth it, while Darke believes the club had no choice with their impending transfer ban.
