This is a very simple, high yield routine that will help you build strength but also allow you to recover in order to train at your martial arts because we're not doing any goofy shit.

Full Routine:

50 Jumping Jacks
(15 Squats + 10 pushups) x 3

Barbell Squat: 185 x 8 (3 sets)

Circuit (4 sets, no breaks)
25 Box Jumps
12 Bodyweight Rows
12 Tricep Extensions
12 Curls

20 (10 each leg) Reverse Lunges (3 sets)
