This video, I'm going to take you with me and I'm going to show you my morning routine, exactly what I do to remain in a high vibration so that you can do the same.

Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now before we even begin this video, because I'm going to do some stuff I've never done before where I actually just take you along and show you kind of what my daily life is like and how I remained in a high vibration.

I say and believe that the day begins actually at nighttime. And I was just kind of weird. But the idea is that what you do when you fall asleep at night and how you set your day up to where when you fall asleep, when you're setting the intentions for the next day, that's when your day actually starts as a huge factor to do with my day.

So what I'm going to do real quick, cause I filmed a little bit last night and then we're going to come back and I'll show you what I do during the day. So yeah. Well, you might be asking yourself this supposed to be a morning routine video, but yet it's kind of dark right now. Well, what I'm gonna do is I'm going to actually show you my morning routine tomorrow.

I'm going to show you everything I do. I'm not just going to show you, I'm going to take you along with me. However, when I just realized is as I'm writing this down, what I do every night before I go to bed is what sets my mornings up for so much success for me to be in the proper state, for me to get everything done. So I'm going to show you more about that in the morning, but it actually starts right here.

So let me kind of show you. So the first thing I do is I write down, this is my iPad and I have this little apple pencil thing here. But what I do is look my high vibrational morning routine, exactly what I do everyday. It's a title. The title of this video, whoops, is right here. They do it. Yeah. The title of this video is right here and this is exactly what the title is going to be.

I'm only going to, what I do is I write down some of the different things that I'm going to like five ideas from the day and then I write down the top three things that I'm going to do tomorrow, which is, um, some things I have to do for the upcoming shift experience. Um, I have to make an MP3 at the film, one to two videos.

Um, and what I do is I write down my videos right before I go to bed. The benefit of that is when I wake up in the morning, my subconscious mind is primed and ready to go because when I get up, I mean I'll show you a little bit more tomorrow so I don't want to get too far ahead of myself.

But what happens is, is, um, my mind is primed as I'm going to bed tonight. So actually let me show you, you know what, I wasn't going to show you this, but every night before I go to bed, I believe that our morning routine actually starts at night because we prime ourselves. So something that I do every single night is one thing I do is I, uh, I have that of my bed that I make sure the only thing I do in bed is sleep.

And Yeah. You know, I don't read in bed. I don't, um, I only make sure that I pride myself for when I'm going to sleep rather than a, like, you know, some people read in bed or watch TV in bed and by doing so, it primes their brain that when you sleep in that spot, it's not really just going to bed. Um, the other thing is, uh, I take a shower every night before I go to bed. I also do something to do that in the morning as well.

I've heard that's good for the pores and it's good for opening up the energy. I don't know if that's true. My grandpa told me that. And, uh, he knows a lot about that kind of stuff. So I thought it was interesting. Something else I do every single night I'm going to show you right now.

Okay. I normally don't, I normally don't show this at all, but um, this is my sacred spot. So I'm inside my room right now. I feel like I shouldn't be.....
