Anger: We ALL feel it.
Anger can be layered- there can be feelings of fear, shame, and even sadness.
Anger is propulsive it will grab you unexpectantly, when this happens breathe. Think to yourself 'ok where are the roots of this?
What is your trigger?
Is it what your child is actually doing or is it something that happened hours ago but instead of being with those feelings at the time, you pushed it away, then hours later it is still with you.
You need to 'be' with the anger or layered feelings of your anger at the time so you can then release it.
When anger arises feel it, unpack it- what's this all about?
Think to yourself 'how do I want to be remembered in this moment?'
Think before you react.
