May I be safe. May I be happy. May I be healthy. May I live with ease.
I am safe. I am happy. I am healthy. I am living with ease.

1. Using loving kindness as a self practice.
2. Using loving kindness as a tool to change your mood as an act of giving.
3. Using loving kindness as an intention for your daily living.
