Banded hip thrusts w/ weight (20 reps)
Banded hip thrusts body weight (20 reps)
Banded abductors (20 reps)
Banded adductors sitting (20 reps)
Dead lifts with decent weight (20 reps)
1-2 minute rests !!! (KEEP THAT HEART RATE UP!)
Circuit 2 (repeat 4x)
Lunges (each leg 20 reps)
Pulsing sumo squats w/ weight (20 reps)
Jump squats (20 reps)
Idk what this last wrkout is called (re watch that part of the video, it’s super easy) lmfao but You wanna do 20 reps :)
