Hawk Appears to Hover During Hunt || ViralHog

Occurred on July 19, 2019 / Bwindi National Park, Uganda

"While driving across Uganda's varied landscapes I saw an Auger Buzzard soaring on the updrafts of a steep hillside as it hunted for small reptiles and rodents below. I jumped out of the truck and attempted to video it as it was very co-operative. I took numerous photos and this video clip using my DSLR and was pleased how it turned out. The hawk soars effortlessly. A rare opportunity indeed."
