Welcome back to my homeschool curriculum choices for the 2019-2020 homeschool year! I'm a homeschool mom with 8 kids. Our oldest is an adult out doing his adult things. We have 7 children still at home ages 2 through 16. This year we're homeschooling 6 kids are 4 1/2, 6 1/2, 8 1/2 (those are our winter birthdays :), 10, 12 (but *this close* to 13), and 16. We've always been a heavy literature-based homeschool family using gobs of Sonlight, My Father's World, and homemade homeschool curriculum over these past 14+ years of homeschooling. This year I wanted to give Master Books homeschool curriculum a try. It's said to be an "open and go" homeschool curriculum, which is great for a working homeschool mom such as myself. I will still be adding in a ton of fantastic homeschool read alouds. The older kids already have several subjects as well such as Rosetta Stone for foreign language, Apologia Science, and Saxton math in High School.
