How to find the center of a 2x or larger T-Shirt?

After sharing my tutorial showing you how to use the 3x18 Cricut Ruler to align your design on your T-shirt I had questions on what to do if the shirt was 2x or bigger. So this is a tutorial showing you how you can also use the 6x26 Cricut ruler :)
