Meaning of WIGGLE ROOM - A Really Short English Lesson with Subtitles

READ ALONG TO PRACTICE YOUR ENGLISH AND TO LEARN THE MEANING OF WIGGLE ROOM: So when you give yourself some wiggle room it usually means that when you are planning something that is going to cost money, you estimate the costs, you guess the costs and you try to guess or estimate high. A great example would be if you were going on a ten day trip and you knew that a hotel room each night was going to cost at least $70 to $100. It would be really good to budget over $100 for each evening you need to stay at a hotel. If you budgeted or planned to spend more than the highest amount that you found in your research it will give you some wiggle room. It will give you the ability to not be stressed that you won't have enough money because if you give yourself a little bit of wiggle room in your planning you will always have enough.
