Bobi wine has been targeted through these reforms to may lead to his fall. Some of the rules stated in are;
1. Phones and cameras are banned in polling stations
2. Political parties having links with pressure groups will be banned
3. Independent presidential candidates having links with other parties are to be banned.
As long as the Parliament accepts the reforms forwarded, Bobi wine will be required to either form a political party or go back to music
