House Flip First Look Bought 9|6|2019 for $355,000 and Worth $500,000

I bought this house from a wholesaler who also flips houses. They had too many projects going on as do I! I have 19 flips right now with 8 listed for sale!

I really like this house and it is about 1 mile from my personal house. The property has almost 1 acre, 2600 square feet on the main floor, and could be a very cool property with some changes.

We bought it for $355,000, it needs about $50,000 in work, and it should be worth close to $500,000 when it is done. We will also have about $30,000 in other costs which include financing, carrying, and selling costs.

The house has a new roof, furnace, AC, and deck. We will spend most of the money on updating the interior. I would love to vault the ceilings in the living room and kitchen but we will have to see if that is possible.
