How to Photograph Art - Artwork By Jake Kelly - Life As An Artist

This week on Life as an Artist, I continue to work on my application for THIS art fair. This involves a comprehensive photoshoot with my long term photographer Tim and my working partner Donald. Earlier in the week I painted the final layer on each of the works in this series giving the art works their colour. I then spend the following day converting the studio into the correct environment for good photography. This includes making a photography screen and setting up studio lighting. The next day I along with Donald and Tim photographed all the works that I have made in the previous year and a half.
