Lyft driver kidnapped, shot at in Richmond

Marcus Dean has been charged with an alleged kidnapping and attempted murder of a Lyft driver in Richmond.
Dean instructed the driver to stop at a gas station for some snacks and the driver made a break for it when Dean was inside.
Dean ran out and fired his gun striking the vehicle multiple times.
