Malaysian Street Food - Murtabak stuffed with Chicken

Murtabak in Malaysia can be thought of as a stuffed pancake which is fried on a hotplate with a filling, in this case minced chicken in a spicy gravy, cut into pieces and then dipped into a sauce made from sweetened vinegar, sliced cucumber, sliced carrot and diced chillies.
One of the most popular street foods in Kuala Lumpur it's cheap, delicious and easy to snack on.
