• 500g ground beef
• 4 pieces of wafer sheets
• 1 onion
• 1 egg
• 3 eggs
• 50ml milk
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 50ml oil
METHOD
Mix the ground meat, 1 egg, chopped onion, salt, pepper.
Divide the stuffing into 4 pieces, distribute one piece on each wafer, cover one wafer with another and cut it like pizza (into triangles)
In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs, milk and salt. Dip the meat triangles in the egg mixture.
Heat the oil in a pan, fry the triangles on both sides until cooked and golden brown.
