This would compel Boris Johnson to delay Brexit to avoid leaving without a deal on 31 October.

Hillary Benn says the Commons "has spoken" and Boris Johnson should "uphold the law and fulfil the obligations placed upon him by this bill" and delay Brexit to avoid no-deal.
