Multiple myeloma with a large plasmacytoma - whose on first, radiation or chemotherapy?

When I was diagnosed with myeloma I had to decide which treatment to get first - radiation to the large mass in my pelvis or chemotherapy. Here I describe why I decided to do chemotherapy first.
