Mumps is another acute viral infection that children should be vaccinated against.

I am discussing it because a vaccination for Measles, Mumps and Rubella is usually a combined vaccine [MMR] given to children. So, if a child’s parent refuses to his or their child vaccinated, the child is also susceptible to mumps and rubella as well as measles.
