Surprise!! Because many of you have asked me for a long time, for keto pozole with "keto corn/hominy" !! 😀 Here I will show you how to make keto hominy with our same masa that we used for our keto corn tortillas that you can find in my channel. 😘💪 Now let's enjoy some keto pozole!!😋

INGREDIENTS FOR THE POZOLE:
1 1/2 pounds of pork spine (any cut / meat of your choice)
1 1/2 pounds of pork trositos (any cut / meat of your choice)
1 whole onion to cook the meat
1 whole head of garlic to cook the meat
3 bay leaves
5 dried guajillo peppers
3 dried Chile ancho peppers
1 tsp oregano
4 garlics for the pozole red sauce
1/4 onion for the pozole red sauce
Salt to taste (I used 6 tbsp)
