Staying The Course Is Crucial Because Running A Business Is Hard

Staying The Course Is Crucial Because Running A Business Is Hard ✔️SUBSCRIBE✔️

Building and running a business is hard – no two ways about it. In this video, I talk about the importance of staying the course when you feel like giving up. Your success really comes down to your level of commitment and your ability to envision the light at the end of the tunnel.

When you began your career, it was easy to be dedicated to your work. As you started your business, you were completely committed to its growth. But running a business is hard work. As problems arise, stress and uncertainty can threaten your devotion.
Whether you’re an entrepreneur or you’re working your way up the corporate ladder, you put everything on the line. You’re susceptible to ups and downs in business. Inevitably, you’ll have a make-it-or-break-it moment. You’ll either quit or you’ll commit to staying the course and seeing things through.

What do you do when you get to your breaking point? What happens when you’re on your knees with your fists raised, exhausted and disgusted, begging for help from God or the universe or whatever you believe in?

Picture driving through a long tunnel. Logically, you know that the tunnel extends only so far, and that eventually you’ll reach the end. But in the middle – where it’s darkest and you can’t see the entrance or the exit – it’s easy to lose track of how far you’ve come and how far you still have to go.

There’s no denying it – running a business is hard and sometimes scary. You may have a great plan, but you can’t always predict what will happen. How do you get through the most difficult times? You succeed by staying the course until you finally come out on the other side.
