A Note from the Choreographer:
The opening number of "Dance for a Good Cause," each dancer forms an awareness ribbon around his or herself to welcome you to a moving production that encompasses good causes from all corners of our community. Spreading awareness through movement, my goal was to make these ribbons dance and unify, letting them intertwine into one another.

About "Dance for a Good Cause:"
"Dance for a Good Cause" originally premiered on October 22, 2011, and was Bethany Rainbolt’s debut dance production as writer, director, and choreographer. DFAGC showcases a variety of modern dance pieces, representing various good causes and awarenesses in the community. The original idea came from her own personal desire to spread awareness for the causes she cares about most through the power and artistic visuals of dance.
