What’s the likelihood of Toronto getting a handgun ban?

Justin Trudeau is promising, if elected, to allow municipalities to issue handgun bans. Mayor Tory is in support, but it would have to be approved by Premier Ford. Richard Southern with the likelihood of getting one put in place here in Toronto.
