Ingredients:
1. Grated coconut - 1 cup
2. Gram flour - 1 cup
3. Milk - 1 cup
4. Ghee - 1 cup
5. Sugar - 3 cups
Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a pan / kadaai and stir it continuously without forming lumps.
2. Then, keep the pan in stove with medium flame and keep on stirring.
3. In about 15 minutes, the batter will turn into a consistency by leaving the sides of the pan without sticking.
4. Change the batter into greasy plate (ghee) and wait for it to cool. After 10 minutes, make it into pieces of your wish and serve hot.
