How to Open a Durian with a Shorter, Sturdy Knife by Maria.

Just showing how I would open a durian. I just follow the row between the spikes and trace it with a knife. It usually works. I like using a sturdy, shorter knife. I find it best to use when opening a durian fruit. This durian is quite ripe and easier to open but even with a durian with harder shell, i find that it is just as easy by using a shorter, sturdy knife.
