Helpful Suggestions
•Use this daily practice whenever you will be undisturbed for about ten minutes. I would suggest doing this in the morning to be as effective as possible.(Reminder, never listen to meditations when driving or when you need to be fully awake and aware.)
• See my other morning meditations and when you are finished, start it all over again and work with that same one for an entire week. You can also choose whichever one you feel drawn to that day.
