News 4 Investigates: Family says transportation service for disabled is constantly late

A family says the Metro service called "Call-A-Ride" is chronically late. The “Call-A-Ride” service is federally mandated and has been around for decades. It is designed to pick up and drop off disabled people and their companions who cannot otherwise use Metro’s buses or trains.
