# 109 bacon slicing machine and wood splitter

as you can see i showed up late to help with the bacon . neat look at a bacon slicer . hickory smoked some with brown sugar and some with honey . the aroma in the shop was great . when that was over we cooked some french fries and toped it off with c/c cookies . didn't get much work done on the splitter wedge
