I stepped into Mackinac Island on my way back from Pictured Rocks to the North of Michigan. There’s a real nice vibe on the island and a lot of things to do. People are always available to help you out with directions, hotels and places to eat. If you find yourself anywhere near the great lakes, it’s definitely worth a stop.
