Birth certificate cartels: 24 individuals nabbed

Starting Monday next week, the process of acquiring a birth or death certificate is set to be much easier. 
 An announcement that was made by interior cabinet secretary Dr. Fred Matiangi in an exercise meant to clean up the operations at the civil registry department and rid it of cartels.
 As Joy Kiruki Juma reports, police have already arrested 20 suspects, 4 of whom were arrested at the St. Francis Hospital in connection with the racket.
