On September 25, 2019, this guy (driver) was pulled over by the Chicago Police for a traffic violation. He was taken from his car on the pretext that he "might" have something in his car. He never gave permission for the cops to search his car--but that happened. He never gave permission to be searched--but that happened. Illinois law states that this man's (driver's) rights were violated because 625 ILCS 25/12-603.1(f) says that he cannot be searched; but, the real question is...what is HE going to do about it.
