monitor his or her progress, which makes IEP goals meaningless. The result can be frustration for parents, administrators, and teachers and may lead to hearings and litigation. The purpose of this presentation is to present a clear and simple 3-step process to develop measurable annual IEP goals and then monitor student progress toward achieving those goals.
