Nawaz Sharif to leave for London via air ambulance
LAHORE: Former prime minister and Pakistan Muslaim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif will leave for London today in an air ambulance at 10am, accompanied by Shehbaz Sharif and his personal physician Doctor Adnan.
The ambulance, which arrived at 8:45am was obtained on rent by the family, sources informed Geo News.
Sources further said 21 senior PML-N leaders have been allowed to go till Hajj lounge at the airport.
Raja Zafarul Haq, Ahsan Iqbal, Khawaja Asif, Marriyum Aurangzeb will be at the Hajj lounge to see off the former prime minister.
According to PML-N spokesperson Aurangzeb, the air ambulance is equipped with an ICU and fully functional operation theater.
