Meet the Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure game! I have used Ring Fit Adventure for the past few weeks, and I would say it does a great job of getting you a little more active than you would have otherwise! I have even seen days where I was able to do significant exercise on my own, still wanting to play a few levels of the game simply for the fun. As a fitness game, it will definitely give you a significant workout, but the ability to customize the difficulty level means Ring Fit Adventure will be a challenge for people of all skill levels. Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure is a role-playing game for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite where you play as a character running (literally) through levels to try and rescue the kingdom from the evil influence of Drageaux. On your journey, you will encounter certain mini-games and monsters you will need to defeat, all using various exercise moves (squats, presses, yoga poses, etc.). The game does a very good job of varying these moves, while not overwhelming you with options. As you progress in the game, more moves will unlocked for you to use in those battles.
The main complaint with these styles of games are the sensitivity of the remotes. The worst that can happen is doing qiute a few squats and not getting in-game 'credit' for the real-world work. I found that with Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure, this is not the case. Nintendo did a very good job of tuning the Joy-Cons, as well as providing additional hardware (Ring-Con and Leg Strap) in optimal placements for the necessary moves.
Overall: I think Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure is an excellent game for the switch, it does a great job of using the capabilities of a game to help people get more fit. The big added bonus is the portability of both the game tools and the Nintendo Switch itself!
