Sudan, Egypt and Ethiopia delegates tackle technical issues

The tripartite negotiations between Ethiopia, Egypt and Sudan on the grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam is taking shape in the Ethiopian capital -- Addis Ababa. The water ministers of the three countries are deliberating on technical issues of the dam.
