All You Need to Do Is Be Better Than the Alternative

A lot of people struggle to scale their service-based business because it requires hiring people who aren't necessarily capable or willing to deliver the service that you personally provide. What people forget to remember is that your employees don't need to be a 100% carbon copy of your service, they just need to be better than the alternative. If the alternative option is delivering at a 75% then what really matters is that your team delivers at 80% to your 100%.
