A gunman who fatally shot a neighbor Monday morning died in an exchange of gunfire with two officers, police said. Daytona Beach police Chief Craig Capri said the victim, Jamauri Burks, 21 and the shooter, Jerric Harris, 21, were in an argument earlier in the morning.
